I have used Chartahouse a few times and their service doesn't falter- fast, efficient, friendly and understanding. They are professional at all times and certainly know what they are doing, unlike other solicitors!. Their fees are extremely competitive. This time I had a prolonged, complicated sale of a probate property, it got very frustrating and caused Chartahouse a lot of extra work - nothing was too much trouble though. They reacted quickly to requests and were almost immediate with replies. Thank you so very much for being patient, supportive and getting it over the line for me again! 100% would recommend. I had the vendor and estate agent from he’ll and without these guys the journey would have been impossible! Always there to answer my stupid questions and offer advice . Honestly can’t speak highly enough of Nick and Georgia and the team . Use these people and you won’t regret it . Also really good value but that’s secondary to their services
