We were really keen to get our conveyancing done before the end of stamp duty holiday. I had dealt with Mark Beaton before and was hugely impressed. He made it clear he would do his best endeavours to make the deadline but made it clear it was not within his full control. We completed on the final day but throughout Mark was cool calm and professional and extremely responsive despite his huge workload. I couldn’t recommend him more. His assistant Dawn was also fantastically helpful despite the pressure . Simple advice - just use Mark any time

I was recommended this firm by my estate agent on the basis of what they had encountered when acting for a buyer. I was sceptical at first as they were miles away from the home I was selling in London. However, a pleasant phonecall convinced me that Mark, who would be taking my instructions, was switched on. He was extremely proactive, knew his business extremely well, fast responses to queries & was able to help complete the sale in 7 weeks (Bearing in mind this is during Covid) which was outstanding. I would have had to pay double for the same level of service in London. I left him to it and was completely reassured. Many many thanks.
