I've used Charles Coleman for +25 years and I'm still using them today, so they must be good.

The whole team including Nathan and Shelli are always very helpful, prompt & keep everything as simple as possible which helps keep the costs to a minimum.

They are Simply First Class with reasonable charges.

First and foremost, this review is only from an initial engagement. They might provide absolutely wonderful services, but no services were provided to me (my choice), so please bear that in mind. Firstly, their prices were 140% more expensive for conveyancing than a quote from another firm. Also their customer approach was not as friendly as I would have liked...the end of an email I received re providing proof of who I was, was: "Should we not be able to satisfy our compliance requirements, then we will be unable to act for you". Not very friendly for a first-up approach IMO, as it seems pretty obvious to me that if I don't provide what is needed they won't be able to proceed - so unnecessary to say and ruffled my feathers totally unnecessarily. On a more positive note the responses were always timely and clear

Following recommendations from a close friend, I had instructed Nathan from Charles Coleman for sale of property on behalf of my son. Nathan, along with his staff, were extremely courteous, friendly and demonstrated high level of patience in dealing with the process, which unfortunately took much longer time than normal, purely due to the buyer’s solicitor’s inefficiencies.
Later, they handled one of my commercial transactions for the preparation of a new lease. Nathan and, particularly his colleague, Shelli, dealt with the entire lengthy process in preparing the Lease, with affording unconditional time, by explaining and advising at every stage its contents for my understanding and satisfaction. Shelli showed high professionalism in handling the commercial deal.
I would not want to forget the friendliness and courteously of their other staff, right from the receptionist to some of the others, during my phone calls and a few visits to their office.
