I am absolutely appalled by this organisation. My case has been ongoing for 9 weeks and after 6 weeks I hadn't heard anything from them. I'm a first time buyer and thought this was normal but of course, it isn't!! After this I asked my estate agents to keep checking in with them as I'm incredibly busy with work but each time they checked in there had been no progress made. After 9 weeks the application hadn't even been processed and no searches required had taken place. They also switched my case worker to someone else without even telling me. The final straw was when they sent a very unprofessional and rude email yesterday telling my estate agents that the reason there was a hold up was because I hadn't provided evidence (even though I had provided everything needed on their online portal and I had not been informed there was any issues) almost as though they were trying to blame me for their lack of communication and incompetency. The fact that they sent it to my estate agent and only CCd me in is a disgrace, if there is an issue then I should be told directly and before 9 weeks have passed! I am so frustrated and disgusted by this solicitors that I phoned up today and told them to close my case. Obviously they begged me to stay as they didn't want to lose out on the £1900 they'd billed me for the completion but I told them it was not acceptable and I would use someone else. I have found another solicitors which is £600 cheaper so these people are literally ripping people off as they don't even do anything in 9 weeks! Would not recommend these to anyone unless you want your money taken for no work done and to be messed around! I have told Chapter Law that I will be making a written complaint as I want this unacceptable behaviour to be investigated!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Charlotte Bull and team at Chapter Law who were FANTASTIC. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a huge amount of experience. She was very thorough, helpful and efficient in dealing with my matter. Its also a nice change to work with solicitors who are so positive and have cheerful disposition too !!
