Well what a bunch of bullies this lot are. Missed payment by less than 24 hours, slapped with a nice little £200 charge. Then a bailiff rocks up looking through windows. What sort of company is this? Oh dear I owed money to council tax, this has now reached almost £600 with charges. Stop sending the puppies over to stake the joint. You will get paid as per our written agreement. Under 24 hours late is hardly a crime. Sleep well in those shark infested seas

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Bailiff Visit
This review is to share my appalling experience with a recent bailiff visit. Not only was the situation mishandled, but it caused unnecessary stress and fear for my children, who were completely uninvolved in the debt issue.

Firstly, the bailiff showed up unannounced, violating the standard seven-day notice period. This lack of communication left me feeling unprepared and overwhelmed.

Secondly, the bailiff's demeanor was entirely unprofessional. They displayed no regard for the fact that my minor children were present, and their presence caused significant distress and fear. This lack of sensitivity is unacceptable and completely inappropriate, especially considering the vulnerable nature of children.

It's crucial to remember that bailiffs are required to give prior notice before visiting your home. This allows you time to explore options, seek advice, and potentially arrange a payment plan. Additionally, they are obligated to follow the guidelines set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which emphasize fair and ethical treatment.

My experience highlights the importance of knowing your rights. If you encounter a similar situation, do not let them in and seek immediate advice from a debt professional or legal aid service.

While I understand the importance of financial responsibility, this specific incident was handled poorly and caused undue distress. It is crucial for bailiffs to act professionally and demonstrate compassion, especially when their actions can impact vulnerable individuals and families.

Without any notice they came to threaten me to pay full amount or they clamp anything even I was paying regularly as per agreement but last payment was late due to some emergency even I paid in few days and they know as they received the amount but still they came to my house early morning. They are nothing but evils in human face. Now I have nothing left to feed my family. Thanks Slough Borough to recruit evils for sucking humans blood.

Absolutely vile company. After 1 missed payment they sent the bayliffs to my door 3 days later.
I didn't receive 7 days notice from them, if they had called and sent an email they would not have turned up as we were self isolating due to covid!.
They slapped £230 fee for turning up

I spoke to someone on the phone about this and they said '' yes we can just turn up without notice''. I was like ummm... No your not the high court....
And the person on the phone said' 'well if we told you we were coming you wouldn't be in'', I was thinking during the phone call '' does this person think I'm thick?, I know my rights and the law....
My partner told me to go look at the reviews as they are awful. And he wasn't wrong

I gathered all the information I needed as my partner was dealing with this and was just going to let it go as my partner hates confrontation and backs down.

I won't let this company intimidate me!!

Come to my house again over £200 LOL , which gets paid £30 a month, they try every tatic going even saying council sent them hahaha council confirmed they are happy with the regular payments. Today they clamped my friends car , assaulted him and myself then called the police . Unprofessional company

Bunch of cowboys is what this company is... purposely make you pay by bank transfer or by card every month in hope you miss a payment or pay late and when you do come with the threat letters... why local council authorities keep this lot in business is beyond me

Sent me a letter for someone else's debt. I phoned to tell them. I refused to give them my personal details, they were too lazy or stupid to check the address.. NOT EXACTLY BIG ASK! Sent an agent, I was away, I phoned number and left message to say once again not me. STILL DIDN'T CHECK ADDRESS intimidated my AirBnB guests who have left. Lost a future 2 week booking £600 lost because they are incompetent. Apparently they're sending flowers as an apology. Well they can shove them right where the sun doesn't shine.

Disgusting company! Had mr drewett arrive at my premises at 6am! Went outside to start my car only to find it was clamped with a letter attached! The letter was addressed to the former tenant of the property who left 6 months ago! No checks done and illegally just clamped my car? Contacted said agent only to be spoken to very rudely! This matter has now been reported to Swindon borough council, financial ombudsman and chandlers direct! Unfortunately for them we will not let this matter drop. Very incompetent company who definitely clamped the wrong car this time! Pure cowboys
