I met Hannah at a local business meeting and I found her to be really approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. New mills office.

Seriously do not use!
Would of given a 0 but not an option.
Incompetent to say the least, exchanged on my daughters buyers purchase and hadn't completed conditions on the mortgage hence, mortgage Company wouldn't release monies on completion day. All through the procedure they failed, lost a survey got the wrong searches. Shocking! Lack of communication, should be removed from the bar! My daughter nearly lost her purchase.
Completion ended up being four days later, costing monies for time off work, removals and storage. The young lady losing her holidays, removals sorted twice, dreadful. Not only that stress to all involved. Need to stop taking on too much work and provide a professional Service.
