Sorry to say a name as I am sure all of the support team are that good, Sonia has helped (and will continue helping me) to realise that vodka was not the answer.

Excellent service with excellent people who are very friendly and willing to help those who seek the help needed to overcome what they may be going through and just to add in My experience on my first meet and asse ssment was with Jonathan at St lukes on dagenham road he was exceptionally very down to earth and easy to communicate with and very kind and respectful and understanding big thumbs up to Jonathan I appreciate the help and support from the team members at st lukes,dagenham road branch amazing services may god bless you all insha'Allah>(godwilling)

My brother sought help for 5 months just wasted his time and was slow. Mostly cancelled appointments. No support no care plan no support after 5 months disappointed as caused more issues for him. Terrible service
