I had the most amazing experience when I felt I had no one to turn to... I got way more than just legal advice. I get speechless when I look back... till now they still looking out for me and my children, I'm forever grateful for everything words alone can't express how thankful I am. Was referred to them for a case I helped someone with. The "legal representative" we were allocated was a straight up rude misogynist. He said sentences like "you Asians speak like this...." And "you need to say you are not typical house wife ...." (Claim wasn't even for me!) You need to speak like this that etc. he was not just rude he was vile. This was about 3 years ago, but just got round to the review now. He wasn't available for our case (thankfully!!) and case was given to someone with a lot more manners and civilisation. In the end we represented ourselves and did well.

Do not use this solicitor for family law absolutely horrendous. They hired outside barrister for a second time who worked for them only for them to send me the wrong order and was someone else order. I personally am not using them am representing myself. But wrong documents,wrong case numbers poor communication and poor professionalism apart from Lewis Miller who was professional throughout. I am litigant in person with no legal background vs this solicitors and have annihilated them. Avoid like the plague, you have been warned ⚠️

Absolutely appalling service, would not recommend! I phoned up regarding a relative's wages issue and spoke to an advisor called Fizza (if that is even her name) from the employment team. She was very unprofessional. When she asked me to spell the email address and house address she was giggling on the phone. I found this quite rude given that they are legal advisors and not taking cases seriously. The advice she gave I could have easily found on Google. Will never seek their advice again!

They are useless !!! I was seen by 2 young kids to advise me yet they did not have a clue so a more senior person intervened that also did not have a clue to advise me in any way !!! It was about that i lost my passport that had ILR from 2001 & home office could not find any records of me even though ive been in the uk since 1969 !!! Guess what they call it the windrush situation you law centre idiots ?

I give 2 stars for phone advice. But nomire due to promising to support me through court, giving me hope then letting me down by saying they were full ti capacity. I could not get 1 solicitor in town. Due to low income . I hope to win my case by the truth.
