Warm, caring, and effective- those are the words that come to mind when I think of my experience with the Center for Conflict Resolution. I completed a week-long 40-hour mediation training, which began with an opportunity for us to learn how we each uniquely deal with conflict. The trainers really knew their material and provided many opportunities to practice in the role of co-mediator.

They teach a process to resolve conflicts that respects all those involved and allows for each person's needs to be heard. I highly recommend this organization.
