I've been receiving letters for a previous tenant. Today I had a hand delivered letter through my door at 6.30am. I've rang this agency and told them I don't know the person they're looking for. I've been at this address for over 5 years. The agent I spoke to was rude and arrogant. He told me that it's down to me to send them proof that I'm a new tenant. I refused to do this, told him to do his research on the property. He told me to expect the bailiffs. I'm a woman living alone, with mental and physical disabilities. This has shook me up. I've got my tenancy agreement ready for the bailiffs, but I'm so scared of men coming to my address due to my disabilities.

It’s a shame you cannot give this company 0 stars. We have just returned home to find we been receiving letters for a train fine from a person who we have never heard of. Tried to explain this to the extremely rude staff on the phone and got nowhere. Allowing a stranger to use anyone’s address and for innocent people to be constantly harassed, even with bailiff showing up at your family home, leaving ridiculous letters for a crime they didn’t even commit is ridiculous. There needs to be better checks done on this.

Great company, taught me all I needed to know regarding enforcement laws and how to beat them! Tried for 9+ months to recover a debt from Birmingham Council for clean air penalty charges regarding a vehicle which is exempt however had a private plate on the vehicle.

They refused to help, refused to acknowledge any faults even after receiving obvious evidence to prove it was invalid. started as £180, these weapons tried to pursue £1200+.

Passive aggressive agents with big ego problems attended an address numerous times, and on 3 different occasions attempted to recover goods and seize my personal vehicle. Unfortunately for them they was unsuccessful. Attended empty handed, and left empty handed!

Couple of important letters and documentation to the right people I receive an email today: "our case has been referred back to our client and enforcement actions have now been ceased." DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU WITH A CONTROL OF GOODS WARRANT. Unless they have forced entry rights, they cannot legally enter the property if it is forced, including blocking your door with their foot. CCTV, digital & paper evidence was all stored and used against them regarding harassment and loss of earnings and stress..

As promised to Richard on the phone when he stated he will be seeing me again.... not a penny will be taken, and not a penny to these was given!

Correctly fitted uniform is recommended for your staff as they all seem to have too small of size t shirts, strange. Feel free to email me on any advice regarding this if you have the same issue! cheers boys and girls 😉 xxx

Awful company!! Threatening me with arrest over a cigarette fine from almost 6 years ago! Received no previous correspondence from these or the magistrates court but have a warrant out for my arrest? Paid the amount and still receiving calls from them to the point it’s becoming harassment. calling me at 8am in the morning knowing full well I have young children! Manager refuses to speak to me to take my complaint and can’t provide signed copy of warrants! Had to block their number

My experience with this company has been nothing short of awful. I was subjected to unfair treatment, lack of proper communication, and aggressive enforcement tactics.
I received penalty charges because Transport for London (TfL) had been sending notices to my previous address, meaning I had no idea about the fines until it was too late.

They seized my vehicle without proper notice, causing me immense distress. Even after reaching out to discuss a repayment plan due to financial hardship, they showed no willingness to cooperate. Instead, they escalated the situation unnecessarily.

Their goal is not to help people resolve their debts but to drain as much money as possible with inflated fees and zero empathy. Their communication is terrible, and they refuse to listen or be reasonable.

This company prioritizes harsh enforcement over fairness, even when the circumstances are beyond the person’s control.

If you’re dealing with them, expect stress and frustration.

Absolutely terrible Service!

I have been receiving alot of train fines to my address all in 3 or 4 different names beginning with "John", and have absolutely no idea who it is.
I've tried sending letters back to the sender, contacting the company from Portsmouth who were sending these fines, then I contacted Anglia railway but we kept on receiving these letters. It eventually went to Berkshire Crown Court but even after speaking with them we still kept on getting fines and letters.
Today a letter arrived when I was at work, hand delivered by CDER GROUP so luckily I then knew who to contact next.
So thanks to an online chat and a photo of my current Council tax bill hopefully this has FINALLY been sorted🤞
Thanks Brittany 😊

Had them come to my house today looking for my partner, who wasn't at home as he was working, they threatened to knock down the door next time if he isn't home again. All over a missed fare with TFL, that was paid MONTHS ago.

He tried to contact the bailiff as he was given the number and no one has replied to him. This is after the bailiff said that he had to resolve it by 6PM today, it's now 7:30PM with no reply from him, not even an acknowledgement.

This is without a doubt the rudest company I have ever come across! You try to explain your situation and they just argue the toss, laughing and shouting down the phone at you! They’re all commissioned based so they will try their absolute hardest to threaten you with bailiffs if you don’t pay up what they want as they don’t receive much for lower payments!! my advice to anyone dealing with this company, if you come across somebody rude, hang up and ring again until you come across a nice agent as some of them aren’t greedy and will take what they can get! Would rate them 0* if I could! They have no company polices put in place and are obviously trained to be obnoxious so they get paid. Horrible company!
