AVOID THIS SOLICITOR ⛔️

A completely unprofessional receptionist. Can you believe I waited 4 hours just to get registered and at the end it was her lunch time and ended up not doing anything?
The place is ridiculously overwhelmed with asylum seekers, there are a significant amount of clients so the question would be how they would be even able to cope with all of these cases. A ridiculous place, total disaster!

AVOID THIS SOLICITOR⛔️

They messed up myself and my whole family’s case by neglecting the home office’s email, and instead of us getting a indefinite leave to remain after 10 years, the home office added another 10 years on our leave all due to their negligence! Now we have to spend till 2032 which our first 10 years Route supposed to end in 2022! We came to the UK in 2012. Just imagine how painful it is you have to work hard and put all of your earns into Home Office's pocket. You can't do anything or go on holiday freely because of stupid mistakes by these guys. They even haven't given us any compensation in return their of big fault!

To hide their mistake they closed their previous firm ( Genesis Law Associations ) and started this CB solicitors!! They are full of lairs and will mess up your case in such a way even home office wouldn’t understand!

Just avoid it! It's a ridiculous place. Totally catastrophic! They would just ruin your day and your case. Unimaginably overwhelmed with clients. Like how in the world are you supposed to cope with all of these cases.

CB solicitor is the worst place to go . The receptionist lady ( she is a Nigerian lady ) as I don’t know her name that the best way to describe.she isn’t a professional at all with zero manners, an extremely rude with zero knowledge .could you please give her a course or hire someone . I wish I could give you zero star

They are rude and they lie to their costumers, the manager Mr. George Chapwanya is a very rude and arrogant person, he’s abusing his staff as well.with the head of the company are partners and all they care about is how to get money and earnings, but their services are very poor.
