Excellent service, Faraz treat my father with empathy and respect whilst dealing with his financial affairs. My father is hard of hearing and his vision has deteriorated, yet Faraz took his time to explain all of the process and would not move to the next process until my father was understanding of what had been discussed.
Also I found the process very straightforward whilst dealing with the company on the telephone to arrange meetings etc, and all the staff have time to discuss any issues I had with this. As I work further down the country they arranged meetings around my availability. I will absolutely recommend their service and will not hesitate to use them again.
