I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone looking for care for themselves or their loved ones. The care team are outstanding - so kind and caring - and they take time to chat to my Mum so that over time she has got to know them. The organisation and responsiveness of the support team is fantastic too - on several occasions they have pulled out all the stops to get additional care in place for my Mum at very short notice. I know I can rely on the whole Caremark team to help with the support we need for both my Mum and myself.

15 months ago i took this agency on. They promised they had highly trained makhaton trained carers for my son. However carer turned up with no experience in the care industry wotsoever. He was on his phone constantly in my sons playroom playing candy crush. My son was sat on his own no stimulation whatsoever. On one occasion carer was sorting out his car insurance. It was pure neglect. Carer also seen stealing vital confidential information from my sons room and put in his bag. After reporting numerous times to the director he stopped replying to my text. Had the odd text to say he was abroad. Obviously living it up. One one occassion carer failed to turn up i was in bed poorly not aware of anything until i was about to leave the house for a doctors appointment 3 hours later. I saw my sons bedroom door was shut thats when i found him distressed layed in his own urine. I phoned the office obviously in a distressed state and all i got was sorry about that. This company have no empathy and is purley for money making. There is a big turnover in carers as they themselves have said they have been treated like dirt. Please dont use this company for your loved ones. They lie . Steal. Back each other up. Ignore your calls. Be aware.

I like everything about Caremark from the management to the team that I work with they welcomed me very well. I highly recommend Caremark to everyone.

This company have no staff, they rush in and rush out. Staff turnover is very poor. Customer care is null and void and I would not recommend this company to care for anyone.
As an example one staff today read this and shouted and played heck with my mother leaving her very upset. Case closed, for now.
