Simon has been an incredible help in relation to getting my CCJ removed - I received one of his letter shortly after it was issued and initially was dubious, but after speaking with him I was reassured and he has gone well over and above over the past 6-8 months during my battle with multiple courts - today, my county court judgement has been set aside and removed from my credit file, and I couldn’t have done it without Simon, his support & extensive knowledge of the legal systems.

I cannot thank him and the company enough, I wouldn’t have been able to do this without them!

This company send letters to people who have had a county court judgment entered against them. Their letter advises that they are aware that a ccj was entered against an individual and they obtained details of this from a public register. Their letter then goes on to use scare tactics to try and get people to sign up to a debt management plan with them. This will cost around £300 to set up and then charge around £45.00 a month. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. Absolute vultures. If you owe money then contact the company and set an affordable repayment plan. IF YOU WANT TO USE A DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEN CONTACT STEPCHANGE WHO OFFER THE SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE OR CAB. Every penny you pay to STEPCHANGE will reduce your debts. This company are going to get you to offer small payments so you pay them over a longer period during which they take a monthly charge. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY CREATING ANOTHER DEBT. USE A FREE SERVICE OR CONTACT YOUR CREDITORS AND PAY WHAT IS AFFORDABLE FOR YOU. Absolute scum bags.

Simon has helped me more than I can say .Took all the worry away and then when I was able to settle hot me an excellent deal .I would recommend this company to anyone don't be afraid to ask for help no judgement from Simon just great help .
