John Buckley is probably one of the most difficult and angry men I have ever had to deal with. If I could give him zero stars I would.

He is basically retired and I am not sure why he continues on because it is clear he hates life and what he does.

If you want anything done in a timely manner, do not use his business. Something that should take maybe a week at most, takes longer than a month. Simple PQQ questions, good luck getting a response in under a week. Help with ConstructionLine renewal, no chance.

The straw that broke the camels back, was requesting to verify his bank details over the phone which is standard practices for most businesses which was met with hostility and pure stubbornness. Something that would take less than one minute to do was outright refused and when asked if there was an alternative way to verify his bank details since we did not have them on file, his words were "lets move on and I will inform ConstructionLine I am no longer acting as your Competent Person". I am not sure he has ever acted as our Competent Person to be honest.

I would not recommend John or his business for any type of works based purely on his personality and lack of customer service.
