I've called up this charity on many occasions and most of the time they either hang up on you or give you false promises. I don't thing thats is very professional especially coming from a law firm. When I told them about my housing situation the woman on phone said that she was going to get back to me but never did and this was on multiple occasions. I would not recommend this law firm and would advice applicants to boycott and try law firms elsewhere.

Unprofessional and no manners when speaking with the clients. The information was delivered in extremely rude tone by unfriendly staff of this place. If you don't match their standards, no chance to get help. It will make you feel hopeless, depressed and absolutely broken. Not recommend this place, as there is no support at all.

They pass my case until they told me that I have only one month left to proceed in the court if I want ! I have very bad feeling about service,and I consider they more protecting the council and multibillionaire investors then human rights...I been mentally destroyed...please pray to stop Modern slavery.Personally I feel like they only shopping informations from me... definitely they know what's going on.
