Horrible and completely unfair.

The first call was postponed first due to their unavailability and once due to mine.

Then on 4th June they said my sign on the form was in the wrong section, seconds before the call. So they didn’t call me after I asked for their help in understanding the form. Then I took a couple of weeks to understand the form myself and filled and sent it on 22nd June. After that I followed up at least four times and got no response from them until 11th July.

Now they had set up the call for today, 29th July, themselves after I kept following up, and this morning, 1 minute before the call is due, they're telling me they cannot take my case?!

I find it extremely unfair. The passage of time has happened mostly on their part which they failed to mention in their email.

Just because you don’t have a solicitor available, you have made this all my fault! I don’t find this professional at all. Terrible service!!

Hmmm my previous 1 star review disappeared so let me start again. During a serious crisis as a disabled person where I was suffering neglect and discrimination by my council, this solicitor put a paralegal on from community care team. She was uninterested, sighed on the phone and delayed providing support. Appalling ‘support’ for vulnerable people in crisis where clearly the council were in the wrong. The paralegal was clearly in the wrong profession or area of law. If you are disabled and being mistreated, avoid this solicitors practice

Canceled calls multiple times and in the end cancelled the call just 1 min before it was scheduled and blamed my unavailability. Very bad reputation and it is for a reason.
