First and last time I would use this company,
I used this company for an auction puchase along with 3 colleagues
the conveyancer rebecca minis was not avalible on Mondays and I had questions that I needed to resolve. I was passed to one of the partners a very rude woman was very verbally abusive and argumentive. I had to point out that I employed your company and im your customer and you need to go back to basic training for customer relations
terrible attitude.
recently purchased another auction property and used Taylor Rose
much more proffesional attitude and cheaper

Cain associates has been absolutely incredible in helping my family with a difficult situation that many other solicitors couldn't help and had no idea what to do. Mr Cain did everything possible to make it easier and clear to help and as a result he managed to go above and beyond to get the best outcome that we thought was impossible. All the staff were helpful and very friendly making all dealings easy. I would recommend this company extremely highly to anyone in need of their help

I've been through a protracted 6-month sale and purchase with Cain but can have no complaints about their service. Tara was our conveyancer and when she was in the office she was friendly, supportive and easy to reach by email and phone which was key for us. Would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid going round the houses and waiting on hold at the bigger firms

I highly recommend Winston Cain solicitors - I have used them for 7 years for various legal issues some of which were complicated- after seeing several other solicitors who couldn’t help me - I was recommended Cain Associates- they were brilliant and solved a very complex issue - I have carried on using them for all my other legal dealings.
Anyone who needs helpful and affordable legal assistance this is the best place to go.

Unfortunately, google doesn’t allow one to leave zero-star reviews, otherwise I would. Winston Caine is a stain on the legal profession. He’s obtuse, arrogant, rude, and has the ability to single handedly derail the simplest of transactions, due to the fact that he’s impossible to reach. If you are unfortunate enough to come across him in transaction, my advice would be to walk away. If you’re stupid enough to hire him after reading some of these reviews, then you and Winston might actually get along. This is a tin pot organization that’s to be avoided at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I would. AVOID, Mr. Cain is not responsive, very rude to others, charge to reply to emails and hold a refund that does not belong to him. I have overpaid for estimate charges last year, I then found out how much the actual charges were, requested the £80 refund, chased him 3 times over the past month, never received any response. I guess Cain needs £80 pounds more than I do. He was also very rude to my solicitor and called her names. I have emails to prove if necessary. AVOID, there are way better and more professional people in this field out there.
