Literally the most incompetent organisation in the UK. How this organisation is given so much power is beyond me. They rip families apart based on little or no evidence or facts and walk away without consequences. We had Lynn ouilver for our case and my goodness she is the most incompetent person I have ever met. How she can recommend for a child to live with one parent over the other after observing both parents for 20 minutes on two separate occasions is beyond me. There needs to be urgent enquiries made into this organisation because they are destroying people’s life’s with no regard for what is best for the child. Lynn for instance would say one thing to your face then when in the dock at court completely say the opposite thing under oath. If this organisation are involved in your case then they literally don’t live in the real world and will destroy your life and there’s nothing you can do about it. If you complain that goes to one of their colleagues who also works for them who obviously is going to throw it out. If you can avoid it stay away from this organisation. How the UK government can keep this organisation going is a complete joke and the UK legal system is on its knees.

Useless organisation, time consuming and always side with the mother. Don’t care about Dads and their bonds with their children. Take 12 months to write a report that the courts need sooner.

Total pile of s**t org.

The most inept service l have had the most unfortunate experience with
The abuse of position and poorly educated officers need overseeing urgently They have little insight or knowledge and are acting for the courts beggars belief. Rudimentary if any investigation is undertaken and drives wedges further between families
The disgraceful arrogance of not even taking on board factual errors and correcting them is indicative of the abuse of power
Remove them from the system
