I contacted Ceaser and howie was allocated a lawyer and was told I was too request my own social work files that was on behalf of myself which was the lawyers job and have had no contact since. I am appalled at the service as soon as I had said I was requesting legal aid it seemed like my case no longer mattered and was swept under the rug.

Twice now, I have asked for someone to contact me, once regarding the making of a will and secondly to get a certificate to authorise the withdrawal of poa. In the first instance, I had the will completed by the time they had called me back. In the second instance, I am still awaiting a call some 3 weeks later. Needless to say, I have gone elsewhere and will not deal with this practice again. Brian

Bardzo niekompetentna obsługa, pan Sebastian chciał mi wcisnąć kota w worku !!! Przed podaniem mi jakiejkolwiek oferty , z góry musiałam się na jakàś zgodzić!!!! Nawet jak bym była gorsza od mojego banku. I nie działa u nich w firmie internet W 21 wieku kiedy wszystkie dane można przesłać przez maila pan chce się spotkać w biurze i zobaczyć dokumenty,
