Awful encounter with an older lady who opened the door of the solicitors & yelled at me for putting a parking receipt in the bin. I asked if she'd prefer I litter & put it on the floor with the rest of the litter, to which she slammed the door. I was stunned! For that alone I wouldn't recommend using these solicitors as it's probably the same aggressive lady that was mentioned in the previous review, still employed 7 years later! Disgusting behaviour. For what's supposed to be a professional business.

Moved without informing us, the receptionist is rude and abrupt and unprofessional. Speaking to clients and their families in the most disrespectful way, insinuating terrible things.
