Rob then went through my requirements for my ideal house and he was able to suggested another two properties that fit within my criteria.

We have just sold our house with John Butters Bee. We can't praise the staff at the Sandbach Office highly enough. Jessica Jinks came and valued our property. She was friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the local housing market. Once we decided to put our property on the market with them Jessica came and took photographs and the house was promptly advertised online the same evening. Also, must mention Rob who dealt with organising a lot of our viewings and Melissa for her helpful negotiations with our buyer.
