After my mum passed away I have dealt with alot of companies, so I could sort out my mum's estate. They have all offered their sympathy and condolences and have been extremely professional.

But butcher and Barlow I found them to be cold callous offered no sympathy no condolences whatsoever. It took them three days just to return my phone call. When they handed me my mum's will I found them to be very rude and ignorant. All they were bothered about is making money and offering to do the probate at a cost of £835. I ended up doing the probate myself online for free.
I would not recommend Butcher and Barlow for anything I have found their manor rude, cold and callous.
