This company were used by the owners of the house I have finally now bought. It has taken 6 months for a straightforward house sale to complete. They did not answer my solicitors queries and couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge that an email had been received. A courtesy response is a basic element of customer service. Very unprofessional, customer service shocking & got their fingers in too many pies to cope with their workload.

Have just used this company for the 2nd time with my house sale and thoroughly recommend them. Ian Carnley is the chap you need....he is efficient, friendly,professional and above all a really lovely chap to deal with. He made the whole process seem effortless and whenever he called he was always proficient and a pleasure to speak to. I’d also like to say that had he not been representing me with my onward purchase the sale would have fallen through as the firm representing my sale( this company was allocated as I had used purple bricks estate agents) were totally ineffective.
