I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from Burd Ward Solicitors. Their failure to prioritize tasks and understand the urgency of straightforward requests has led to numerous avoidable problems and added stress. The issues they have caused have left me extremely frustrated and upset.
Update: This is a genuine review, unfortunately I had to pay for the displeasure of using Burd Ward Solicitors.

AVOID them use someone else. Terrible service. Ran by kids they know nothing about law. Especially family law. Having to do an SAR just to find out out how much money is owed.

This is the worst solicitors ever. They didn't act on my behalf but the person who I purchased a house from in June 2022. I have lost out on four mortgages due to there failing of moving two simple charges off the property when I purchased it. I'm literally going round and round in circles. I strongly advise anyone to stay away. You might aswell throw your money and Time out of the window.

Amazing service throughout. Nadya and Donna have dealt with the sale and purchase of a new build property. from the start the communication has been amazing. When I left a massage or email they would always respond within 24 hours which was crucial regarding the new build purchase. They took all the stress out of the process and it was an exceptional customer journey. I would highly recommend burd Ward solicitors they really do care about the client .thank you team you’ve done an amazing job to have us completed before Christmas.

I instructed BurdWard to deal with probate back in Dec 2020. It finalised Feb’22. There was a period where I was sent letters in error and ignored for 4 months. It was only when I was about to raise a complaint did someone take my calls and emails seriously. Terrible service, no empathy and constantly had to chase them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
