Burcot Grange is a lovely home with a great reputation. The house is stunning with original features and the home is sat in the grounds of some beautiful gardens with lovely pathways to walk around. I have been for events that they have held and the love show to residents living there is wonderful.
Their homemade shortbread is another reason to visit 🙂

I, my partner, my mother, my father and my sisters family have all been made to feel very welcome over the last 2 years at Burcot Grange when visiting the home to see my gran.

It is more than a care home. It provides great comfort for all the residents and dispels the notion that all your life is already lived by the time you reach a care facility. My gran began her residency here Christmas 2022, as a result of no longer being able to safely live out her life in her forever home due to dementia. Every day, they have planned activities, and there are multiple chances each week for the residents to go on day trips. Throughout the day, the staff always have a smile on their faces, and are always offering regular refreshments and checking up on the residents unprompted. Throughout the seasons, many events are planned for families to come together at their grounds.

My grans memory is certainly not the best anymore, but I'm certain were it not for the outstanding care and attention that she has been rewarded over the last two years, that her condition would have regressed substantially more than it otherwise has.

I have an uncle that came to Burcot Grange for respite after a big operation. The team were great with his care needs after the operation and this stay met all his needs. A lovely home.

We brought my farther in law into Burcot Grange Grange on Tuesday. My farther inlaw, husband and I were made very welcome upon arrival.
It was along day and we had only had breakfast.
We were offered tea, coffee & a lunch time snack.
We were touched by this as it was a difficult day.
Once my farther inlaw was settled all his pictures were put up and all electrical equipment was PAT tested. Everything was done very timely. The room is a fantastic with amazing views.
We celery where is spotlessly clean and all staff look vand were very professional.

My husband came into Burcot after being in a new home on the Warwick Road Solihull , after not receiving quality care my husband was not always showered or had a shave his skin was breaking down so I went in morning and night to do his personal-care. Now he has been at Burcot for 3 weeks the. Staff have had to build his confidence with the care staff after the bad experience he had at his previous home we have had some teary moments but the staff are marvellous with him very good food they have also cleared up his skin no more sores he’s always laughing and joking with the staff they make my husband and I very welcome always letting us know what’s going on nothing is too much trouble and also looking after his budgie which is his best friend I would definitely recommend this home my husband is moving to the new cinnamon Home at knowle. On the 1st June only because it is round the corner from we’re I live . If you want good care good staff good food and always made welcome I would definitely recommend this home for your loved ones well done to all
