Could not rate the Belper team high enough. Alex was fantastic in giving us prompt and honest explanations on each house we viewed and helped us with a wide range of properties in the area. Megan was unbelievably helpful throughout. Going above and beyond from answering any questions I had to keeping the sales on track and “fighting fires” on my behalf when the solicitors were at odds with each other. I honestly questioned at one point why I was paying them and not her! Couldn’t thank them all enough for the service they provided.

My wife and I recently had the belper branch of burchell Edwards value a property of ours with a view to selling. Megan Power ( branch manager) conducted the service herself,she kept us updated of the appointment without being a nuisance,was on time, being professional throughout the process and answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently. Having had dealings with many estate agents over the years through business it was quite refreshing to meet a lady who took her job seriously and had the knowledge to back it up. Keep up the good work, when the house goes on the market Megan will be the first person we will call,

Fabulous experience with Burchell Edwards! I recently sold my house with Alexander Orme, he was a pleasure from the beginning and I fell well looked after throughout the viewings and sale. Can not thank Fay Morton enough for assisting us with our mortgage. As first time buyers the whole process can be so daunting and she explained everything to us in detail and went through all the options that would be best for us. We have just used Lee Peck to arrange our mortgage and his help and support has been excellent.
