Rude rude rude , abrupt , I am in the middle of grieving and to be confronted with some rude person on the end of the line, no thanks , get your people skills brushed up as they suck, In response to your response , NO I have never been a client however when I called today your abrupt attitude on the phone made sure I never became a client .
