Used Matt for the sale of our house, reasonable price but more importantly kept us up to date regularly, replied to emails within a few hours. Really on the ball unlike another solicitor at the bottom of Duke Street who is handling probate and house sale and is absolutely the opposite.use Matt cannot recommend him enough.
