Shocking handling of extremely sensitive complex family situations and vulnerable individuals.
Recieved no legal advice, failed to make an application I was told was being issued. Lost me my child allowing her to go to a drug cartel. I knew this was happening and was told there’s no talk of her going to the paternal family but that’s exactly what’s happened as they failed to keep up with the case and advise appropriately. Beyond Abysmal. Do a better job acting for yourself.
Failed to provide any service. Solicitor was never available to speak to. Paralegal knew nothing and just fobbed me off.
1 star is an insult to the service I received as it should be 0 stars.
Someone wrote “promise the earth and produce a spec of dust” could not agree more.
