I had a negative encounter with Bromleys Solicitors, specifically with a woman named Hannah Kinder. I found her to be lacking transparency and providing inaccurate information in court. It seemed as though they were working together with the Local Authority to remove children from what I believe were exceptional parents. The vulnerable people were subjected to bullying and intimidation by both the Local Authority and the solicitor. I highly recommend others to be cautious when considering working with this company.

This place is very toxic. The receptionist is not friendly at all, she is not welcoming and has a very bad attitude. Bad attitude and very rude, I will not recommend this place.

It took them 4 weeks to book my appointment after I provided everything. First appointment I was told my documents I printed was not clear enough, another appointment was booked for me to provide proof and clearer copies in order for my legal aid process. Came back and was advised my documents was still missing.

Chiara was not helpful at all. She really did seem like she wanted to assist me in any way. I asked to speak to the manager, explained what happened and I was shut off by the manager. She advised to signpost me somewhere else. They will no longer be taking my case.

I wasted 3 months of nothing done, to help me with legal aid from abuse situation I was in . This is the worst I have ever experienced from a Solicitor.

I used Bromley’s to help me get access to my child, I spoke with a woman called Carla Williams who was very unprofessional. She was sat talking about her other clients and their court proceedings. I paid a lot of money for a letter to be sent to the mother of my child and the letter got sent to the wrong address and also the name of my daughter and the mother was spelt wrong on the letter even though I told them the spelling for both. I spoke to them in April and they have just got back to me now 2 months later telling me the price lists like I am going to go back and spend my money there. Very unprofessional and didn’t help me out at all.
