Lauren has been amazing from start to finish. We were apprehensive buying our first property during the COVID-19 lockdown - but Lauren made every step of the journey easy for us. She kept us in the loop during all stages, and was really proactive - I did not have to chase for anything. Had this company sort my divorce, I paid the requested amount (balance of £795) in 2013 only to find that they had later had a CCJ added to my credit file. I contacted the company and spoke to the most ignorant and arrogant woman I have had the displeasure to deal with, was assured I would be called back when they can get my file, yet no time line was given, no apology for the inconvenience. Absolutely shocking service and customer handling. I would recommend anyone use a more reputable firm.

Clear, concise and informative advice. Proactive and keen to close legal matters in as short a time as possible, as opposed to some firms that simply want to drag proceedings out to increase the charge. Not pushy and continually chasing for money. Had the misfortune for using them for house sale and purchase. they were very slow, everything was paper based so a simple query would be posted to us via post and then take several days to resolve as everything was done through snail mail - they often had email issues - they were always slow to return calls. After an excrutiantingly long wait to have the house sale complete, we handed over keys and went through completion but we only got our money 5 days later as they had still not transferred the money until prompted - they hadn't even bothered to take our bank account details until we gave them to them over phone - it was like we had to prompt they for everything to take the next step forward. I would avoid these guys at all costs,
