I would never use Bromets again! It was great to start with while we were dealing with Emma, but she left the company and it went down hill. Very poor to no communication at all. Constantly chasing and still waiting on emails been answered. Happy to take your money. Found a fair few emails not very professional either. Error's in paperwork I had to chase to get it corrected and was simple things like names! Very poor and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Edit - the review is not about the time scale so unsure where you have read that in my review. I'm fully aware of how long it can take.

Slow service, poor communication and abrupt / rude responses received. Personally wouldn't recommend in future unfortunately. Left consistently in the dark about where proceedings were and chain nearly fell through due to lack of responses from BJH.

Very poor. Have been waiting for 5 weeks for them to provide a quote for a simple conveyancing job. Still can't get a quote as their staff never answer the phone or responds to emails. Avoid.
