I would just like to start off by saying how wonderful Elizabeth was while she was at the firm. She was honest caring kind and very pleasant to speak to. However, the new man who’s taken over Thomas I believe his name asked me to pay over £650 for something that Elizabeth charged me less than £20 to do. Upon calling up and making an enquiry he was pontificating for over an hour regarding something totally irrelevant to my question and gave incorrect information that I should go to the British Embassy abroad to ask them to apostle document which they said they do not do. When I came back to him about this, he said that that cannot be and told me to go back to them again. Their receptionists as well were quite difficult when I said to them that I would rather speak to Elizabeth they asked me why I didn’t want to speak to Thomas. I told them that I found him to be a little bit intimidating and quite abrupt and then they put me through Tim and must’ve told him what I said. Again a very unpleasant experience with village people.
