I contacted Matthew Broadbent for a full structural survey on a property I was purchasing. He provided a timely and efficient service and an incredibly thorough report. I particularly liked that Matthew promptly alerted me to a level 3 concern. He was able to be a source of advice and guidance when I was getting conflicting messages and I was also able to use the report with two other professionals to help in my decision making. Sadly I had to pull out of that purchase however I would not hesitate in using him again as and when I find a suitable alternative property.
