Second time visiting Bernadette today, for the writing/updating of my will. She is an outstanding solicitor; really knows her stuff, and is extremely efficient. Am very happy that I have found her. Will continue to use her for all my will needs. This firm also subscibe to the free will writing service which normally happens in March + Oct (?). Cost of a will at other times is about £200 - genuine value for money for the peace of mind to know you have one in place. Thank you Bernadette for being so 'on it'. Oh, and they also have parking for clients, which is a godsend.

I wish to commend the personable response to my enquiry today for a will to be completed at Ashgate hospice. Jess Bradfield (who completed mine and my husbands will some months ago), found a suitable date, agreed to visit the hospice and turn the will around in the day. This is to be completed during free wills month, and a voluntary contribution will be paid. Jess, has a very professional but human approach and her kindness in this situation left me in tears. I spent many hours speaking to solicitors to try to arrange this meeting without success. Thank you Jess you deserve to go far.... and BRM, Jess is a real asset to your organisation.

Initially slow response. Once someone got back to us we received excellent advice & service from our solicitor but then he went off on long term sick. Can’t be helped but the service received after was way below standards. If this had been the service received initially we would not of instructed BRM. Trainee solicitor giving us incorrect advice and retracting. Invoices being sent to us right, left and centre. We were paying what they requested after we were being chased and then they were telling us there were more invoices outstanding from before. The final straw was when we were sent documentation for another clients case. A serious data breach from solicitors that charge the earth. Completely unacceptable and left us wondering who had received personal information about ourselves. AVOID unless you want incorrect advice, a bombardment of invoices and a lack of GDPR.

Would not hesitate in recommending BRM, in particular the most wonderful Matthew Elks who, throughout the entire conveyancing process (both selling & buying) acted so diligently on our behalf. Communication from Matthew was outstanding to say the very least! He returned all calls and responded to every email so promptly....which is a rarity with solictors these days.
We would never use anyone else other than BRM, and would always request Matthew to look after our such needs
