Keep ringing them up between the times that they are supposed to be answering telephone calls no one ever answers. It’s a waste of my time and the charity money as they are not doing their job .
That’s to help people and answer their concerns give them real help . Not to answer them with a continuous answering machine.
Rubbish service a waste of money .

After a bit of a nightmare calling various places to try to find support for a family member, I called Brixton Advice Centre and the call was promptly answered by a lovely lady named Simone. She listened to the issue, talked through the key parts and was so easy to talk to. Even whilst discussing things that are obviously quite upsetting (it's not like we need advice when everything is going great!) she managed to keep it lighthearted and even made me laugh. Asset to the advice centre. Thank you, Simone!

I am a 60yr old man and I found myself in a situation where I needed help and advice, I personally don't feel comfortable talking about my problems with friends let alone a stranger , but I had no choice, on my first visit I met a man on reception, I was nervous, rattling around in my head, trying to think how I explain my situation, he greeted me with a huge smile, instantly I felt at ease, second visit, met a nice young lady, talking to her I could feel the weight lifting off my shoulders, she got me set in the right direction , will be forever grateful, amazing place, amazing people

Sadly not living up to the photograph
A quite run down area
Equidistant between Brixton and Herne hill Stations, a shame as lots of good work being done there...
