We recently instructed Mr Raja of Britannia Solicitors to purchase an auction property. The service standard and attention we received was nothing short of a gold standard. It was imperative to act promptly as the hammer fell in mid-December, and the completion date was in the first week of January, straight after the Christmas holidays. Charge £100/- for 15 mins appointment with no solution to your problem. To explain your issues, you need another £100/15mins.
