Could not be more pleased with the service that Laura offered as part of the house purchase! She was amazing, transparent, clear and so effective and efficient. We had some challenges from the estate agents due to delays in the mortgage valuation but Laura was very reassuring and talked us through the process and set the expectations right and liaised very well with the sellers solicitors to calm things down. All queries (over email and phone) were really clearly addressed in a timely manner that made the stress of it almost nil! The lovely receptionist (couldn't catch her name!) was also lovely every time I came in to hand over documents or had queries. So pleased I used BW for our purchase!
