Hopeless service, I engaged these solicitors to represent me with a legal claim against a builder after fraudulently taking money from me. Brar and Co. seemed interested to start with but after the deposit was made into their account and a few emails the communication and work stopped.
They claim to answer all emails within 72 hours but this is not true. I found it more like 3 weeks and that's if they got back to me at all.
I have since cancelled my contract with them and am in the process of raising a formal complaint to Brar and Co. and the legal ombudsman, hopefully I can recoup my deposit of £1000.00. Both Sandra and Oskar were my points of 'contact' or lack thereof, please take my advice and seek an alternative solicitor. Would rate zero stars if that was an option.

We used Brar&Co to do our Right to Acquire on our home. The staff were great throughout, giving us recommendations and keeping us informed on the process and how things were going. Hannah and Vicky were great when needing advise. We felt at ease as no question was a stupid question. The staff at Brar&Co have all been friendly and very professional when we have called the offices and everyone we have spoken to have strived to get us the answers to our queries. We would just like to thank all the staff for helping us not to be stressed in what is normally the most stressful time of our lives.

**As per the reply to the below review, I had contacted Brar and Co. (On two separate occasions) to speak with Mr. Brar. Unsurprisingly, on both occasions, I was told he was busy and could he call me back. This of course never happened!
Do not use!
Promises will not get fulfilled and you will end up out of pocket.**

Do not use! Terrible customer service. Contacted seeking advice for a family members’ visa application. We were told we had to pay £400 upfront, before any advice or support could be given. Once money was paid we received 2 emails over the course of 5 months, despite countless requests for contact and questions forwarded from ourselves. Follow up complaint direct to people dealing with the case was simply ignored with nothing heard since.

This has to be one of the worst experiences. There is a common theme of lack of communication from majority of the reviews here. Our process was met with sensitive emails sent to wrong emails from Hannah to which we reminded multiple times with the correct email address. Our case was being delt with Viki - over a treacherous 4 months not once did we hear her voice on call. I found myself correcting her constantly and resolving issues by fact finding myself with the estate agent. All to which mention her lack of replies and rudeness. The estate agent , the mortgage advisor and myself were battling this firm almost everyday to work with us not against us. Mr bob brar simply does not exist - many emails sent to him pleading for his help, this was met with no further reply. They cornered us so far into the process that they started to charge us more money to complete the house SHOCKING - at this point we could not even argue it and had to settle the bill. Finally we did complete - i really dont know how I did it but thank god i had help from my mortgage advisor and estate agent. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. They have no empathetic morals to go beyond for thier clients.
