They are the current provides of service charge collection on my property.

They add on fees and bills for no reason at ridiculous rates. I had a service charge amount outstanding as i had never been billed as i had only moved and because of their fees they charged me 3 times more.

Would not use under any circumstances!!!

We got the team at Brady's to carry out a lease extension for us. We greatly appreciated the way they made this a seamless, smooth, and easy to understand operation and got the work done with little fuss and bother. At what seemed to us to be very reasonable fees as well. This was a London based lease but it really made no difference at all that they are located in Nottingham. Great All Around Service!
