Absolutely shocking umbrella company the most poorly service I've ever received from one of these companies having worked as a locum for the last 25 years. It's literally by a couple of Indian people with poor use of the English language. Phone lines are ridiculous in fact since Christmas I've not been able to get through to them. If you are considering these guys to get paid through forget it play an extra two or three pounds and go with another company
