As a family we have been very impressed with the professionalism and care shown by the staff at Bradleys during the house sale. We never felt pressured in any way, and we were kept in touch with progress at each stage of the process. Right from the initial visit, we knew we were in safe, capable hands. They listened to all our concerns and they agreed on an acceptable sale price which was achieved in good time. All house sales have stress attached to them and, when a home has been in a family for many years, there is an understandable emotional element too. The staff at Bradleys understood this, and they handled the whole process with thoughtfulness and competence throughout.
We would heartily recommend them.

Myself and my partner have bought two properties through Bradley’s, the service is impeccable. We received time and dedication from the team to purchase not just a home but our dream home. They are an approachable friendly team, anything we asked for was not to much trouble. In particular Clare Hewitt went out of her way to update us regularly. I honestly can’t fault her work and the team, I am very grateful for all their support. What a hard working team, I would highly recommend!

I recently worked with Clare at Bradley’s while searching for a new home, and I can’t recommend her enough. She went above and beyond, putting in so much effort to help me find the perfect place. Although things didn’t work out this time, her dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach made the whole experience much easier. Bradleys communicated clearly and promptly throughout the marketing process and listed a good advert for the flat. The staff were excellent. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because the flat didn't sell. I would still recommend Bradleys and the Taunton team.

We purchased our first house together through Bradley's and were so impressed with their service, despite the fact they would have been acting on their clients behalf (the sellers) and not us (the buyers). They made the process so uncomplicated, communicated well, which is not often the way when it comes to a house purchase in the UK. Fast forward to 5 years later when we looked to sell our house and move, it was a no-brainer to sell through Bradley's. And they did not disappoint. Their knowledge of the property market was second to none, confirming that we were in safe hands. Freya, Josh and the rest of the team were always friendly and personable, and I would have no hesitation using them again.
