Bought our new family home with the help of BP. A big thank you to the entire firm. From the solicitors to the receptionists and everyone in between. You were all so great. Nerves can be so high for a big purchase like this, and of course everything that could go wrong, went wrong (i.e delays from vendor, things beyond our control). But the team at BP always picked up our calls, answered our silly questions and accommodated for us in every way possible. Definitely recommend.

Throughout my entire process with them I had to chase them up to get updates constantly, weeks would go by without a single piece of communication from them.

On multiple occasions I had to call them and ask them whats going on and if they needed anything from me and only then they would actually give me more information or ask for what they needed.

Asside from this, throughout the entire process they made multiple mistakes which caused unnecessary delays and issues in the chain. Documents were lost constantly, the sellers or Estate agents were not updated, any tasks that the BP legal team had to complete were always done at the wrong time. Their services are inadequate and I regret working with them.

Such an amazing experience with BP Legal. I'm a first time buyer and was really nervous about the whole process. Bhumika and Lucy were really wonderful to work with. Lucy is a real powerhouse! She's super friendly, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked a lot of questions (and I mean a lot!). Lucy is a real asset to the them and I can't recommend her, or BP legal, highly enough. They have experience with dealing with Sharia compliant mortgages, and know what is required to make sure they aren't delayed. Would never use any other solicitors.
