I would have given 10 stars if there was an option. The whole buying process took only 3 months (I'm a mortgage buy), the process was seamless, the communication was smooth and clear, and the experience was great! Yousouf and Vincent were helpful, responsive, and able to answer your queries. I don't think there is a better conveyancer out there.

I can only highly recommend Boyes Sutton & Perry Solicitors. They very much impressed me with their expertise , professionalism, intelligence as well as their integrity.
This is the second time I have used them,

The first time for a re mortgage which was swiftly done. I was extremely pleased with speed at which they worked at.

The second time was working on a buy to let deal.

They were always on the ball and updating me about any developments. Although the deal didn't go through in the end due to the seller changing his mind which was disappointing but this was at no fault of Boyes Sutton & Perry.

I have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them my friends and family. J.C

Do nut touch with a barge pole !

After a meeting with supposedly one of the partners five weeks ago, not only has he never returned our calls (we have left several messages and emails), he has not even bothered to come back to us with any suggestions after promising a response within a week
