Absolutely incompetent solicitors. Completely uncontactable on the day of completion resulting in over runs. Consistently provided the incorrect documentation including providing the wrong figures on completion. Sheer lack of professionalism and embarrassingly bad service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had a serious criminal case which was dealt with abysmally.
Staff retention here is terrible. The last solicitor I dealt with here (Justin) literally refused to return calls and emails. It took 14 weeks of badgering him for him to actually talk to me.
This experience, as a defendant, was utterly draining.
The solicitors were so bad, I had zero faith in their ability to represent me and so dropped the case. Bowling & Co still went ahead and took the case to court (3 months after me telling them to discharge it)!

This firm actively put me at risk for example, communicating with the defendant after I’d asked them to stop proceedings.

Simply horrific service
