If anyone wants a fuss free wedding in a perfect setting with amazing staff then this is the place for you. Our wedding coordinator Emily, was always on hand, and without doubt, exceptional. She is both professional and calming and anything else you need. We used the lodge to arrive earlier and it was a perfect setting to start the days celebrations. We transitioned to the main house with ease, and all 7 of us plus hairdresser and make up lady settled in with plenty of room. Massive car park, enormous bridal suite, all the rooms were decent sized and luxurious, staff everywhere, all quietly doing their jobs. Plenty of plugs and chairs and dressing areas and we had food delivered to the room to go with the champagne to keep up the spirits. All of Bourton Hall staff were so helpful and kind. The wedding went without a hitch and the chapel was just magnificent and everything flowed perfectly. Organic petals for outside only and paper ones for inside and we had lots of both. The photographer we had worked at Bourton Hall before and he was amazing. Tommy James as brilliant in his approach and ability and he really captured the whole day while guiding the bride and groom for best photos. We had canapés, delicious, cocktails, between the wedding and the meal, which were tasty and varied. The food and wine with the meal were exceptional and the wine flowed generously(all included in the package). Efficient and quick service and the food was hot. Moving from the dining room into the rest of the house was seamless and it really did feel like our home for the whole time we were there. The disco, from Bourton hall was great and everyone danced throughout the night. Drink prices were as any hotel and payment was card only. The evening buffet was hot food and tasty bite sized pieces, not sandwiches with wedding cake sliced on the end. The wedding cake was from Bedworth Cake shop and it was delicious. Rooms were quiet and everyone slept well. Breakfast was bright and early 8.30-9.30 and plenty for all. We filled all 21 rooms of the hotel and the breakfast was like party take two. The selection was everything you could wish for and more. Plenty of time to clear the rooms for checkout and we even brought the cars to the front of the hotel to load up before leaving. 10/10 for Bourton Hall and there exceptional staff. They made our Daughters wedding day preparation, wedding and evening celebrations magical and I can not thank them enough. We surprised the guests ,with Bourton Hall named fireworks provider, with an amazing display to end the day and start the night, it was Brilliant. Anything you need to know, you can call or email or even WhatsApp and they come back to you. Absolutely Magical. I can’t post many photos as that is the bride and grooms prerogative, but hope these show a little of the site in use.

What an amazing day we had at this stunning venue, it really works due to the flow from ceremony to evening entertainment. We had a wedding coordinator who was invaluable to our experience and we are truly grateful for the advice and expertise that was provided. If you’re considering choosing Bourton Hall for your wedding venue trust me you won’t be disappointed.

We got married at Bourton Hall in August 2024 & (cliche to say) it was the best day ever!
We chose Bourton Hall 2 years ago after viewing because we wanted a venue where we could be in one place all day, was big enough to hold our guests without feeling cramped, gave the wow factor no matter what room you were in & (most importantly for us) allowed our dogs to be a part of our day, Bourton Hall ticked all of those boxes.

There is no doubt when you see the venue that it is a stunning place to get married, but as a bit of self confessed control freak, it was also important to have a wedding planner who just understood and was there with solutions to any potential issues. We were very fortunate to have Eleni with us who was perfect, she was calm, she was funny and she was ready to sort whatever we needed which was so reassuring on the day and on the build up.

The food was amazing, the service was great, shout out to DJ Jack who managed to keep people dancing in the heat as well, my favourite moment from the whole day was the confetti falling from the stairs for the first dance, don’t miss that opportunity!

The only thing I would say, the cottage for the night before is advertised as sleeping 6, however the sofa bed definitely isn’t big enough to sleep two people so it really sleeps 5 max, luckily my bridesmaid was able to stay with her husband nearby so it wasn’t an issue for us

Our wedding at Bourton Hall was better than we ever imagined. The Italianate mansion is truly spectacular inside and out however it is the team that made our day run perfectly. Our guests found the setting and the food incredible, they were very impressed! Our wedding planner Emily Sarjant was fantastic her knowledge and expertise made our day magical from start to finish, with all the special touches that she suggested. Our first dance was created in such a beautiful way it will be a memory we cherish forever. Thank you to Emily and the team at Bourton Hall. My husband would also like to note that the croquembouche was amazing and everyone should have one.

We had the most magical Wedding day words cannot describe it enough!
Eleni was fantastic in taking away the stress and pressure on the build up to our wedding day - she was always at hand for any questions or queries we had.
The venue is stunning - very well looked after - the team went above and beyond to make not only myself and husband feel amazing on our day but our guests also.
If I could do it all again I wouldn’t have changed a thing!
Every detail was covered, sashes, charger plates, napkins, flower walls, cherry trees and candles. The food and the cocktails were outstanding

We had the most amazing day celebrating our wedding at Bourton Hall. The venue is elegant, food and wine was delicious and the gardens are beautiful. Our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and perfect for our special day. The staff worked tirelessly to create transitions to different parts of the day which flowed seamlessly. Bourton Hall is a truly magnificent venue, perfect for a special occasion like a wedding. The building itself is breathtaking, full of historic charm and elegance, with beautifully maintained interiors that add to its grandeur. The surrounding grounds are just as stunning—immaculately kept gardens and picturesque views that provide a fantastic backdrop for photos.

The staff at Bourton Hall were exceptional—hardworking, attentive, and genuinely friendly, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Their dedication made the experience even more enjoyable, and they contributed to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

While the venue was near perfection, the dining experience fell slightly short. The lamb served at the wedding meal was unfortunately undercooked, which was a little disappointing. Similarly, the poached eggs at breakfast were also underdone, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal.

That said, Bourton Hall remains an outstanding venue with incredible surroundings and top-notch service. With a little more attention to food preparation, it would be flawless.

Bourton Hall is a brilliant wedding venue.
We only got married a few days ago, we had an absolutely amazing day! Everyone that came as commented on how unreal the venue was and it helped that it was sunshine all day so everyone was outside on the amazing grounds.
It’s beautiful.
Emily was our personal wedding organiser and she was professional and very helpful.
The whole experience was so good
