They were quick to notify me that they will take on my claim. However once I saw how much I’d be getting out of my claim, I decided to stick with the airline who were going to compensate me more. I’ve emailed them multiple times starting in October 2024 to just confirm that my claim has been cancelled and that I’ve been removed off their system, but no response. I’ve tried calling, but the line doesn’t direct you to a human being, if it does, it’s not the right person. Similarly, they ask you to fill out a form on their website for someone to contact you, which doesn’t happen. I just wish they could confirm that I haven’t received any compensation in written form, so that I can pass it onto the airline and get my money back.

I was first contacted by Sam Roberts and I quote "In my professional opinion there is no reason for your flight to be cancelled, A small delay maybe sufficient however a cancellation is not appropriate, There are other flights departing Prague and arriving in Birmingham the same day as your flight". I completed all the paperwork and had to sign numerous things to agree to and I had confirmation that it had been sent to the airline and they had 28 days to respond. I then had an email weeks later to say my claim was on hold as I had not signed the paperwork (same as another client). I forward them the email that I sent weeks previous showing that I had completed what they were saying was not completed and then had one back from them immediately to say that they will not be progressing my claim as it was due to bad weather, even though weeks previously I had had confirmation that the claim had already gone to the airline. I was getting nowhere with the flight claim email so I went back to Sam direct and I quote "Thank you for your email and I hope you are keeping well. Leave the below with myself and I will escalate this further with the existing claims team. That was on 27th February and I have not had anything back from Sam.

Why waste peoples time.

So honestly I was very happy with the service I received. It was no hassle to me and I got paid out within a month after the airline trying to deny my claim when I tried to do it personally.
I know everyone else has their own experiences but I got regular feedback as well as replies to my questions so I imagine with other reviews maybe their cases were more complicated than mine? Personally I'm happy to have seen anything after being skeptical that these things even work. So for the effort I had to put in, I am very happy with how straight forward Bott & Co made everything for me.

Poor customer services. They provide a contact number then says to send an email. I have confirmation that my claims has been reopened but yet get an email a few weeks later to say they closing it and contact them to discuss!!!! Very impossible to s look speak to anyone

Laaiq Dreyer helped me with my claim. I thought he did very well and was polite clear during the call. Very little requirement from me which is great! However still at the beginning of this process so don't want to score too highly as want it to be based on overall experience. To clarify laaiq was great!

Awful company to deal with. They say that you will get compensation in thier professional opinion and you waste time completing all the paperwork and apparently it is sent off and then you get an email saying YOU have not completed the paperwork and your claim is on hold. You forward them the original email that you sent to them weeks ago and then straight away they say you have no claim. Funny seeing as they sent paperwork to say the claim had been sent to the airline weeks ago. Awful company to deal with

Do not use Bott & Co you CANNOT call them and they don't respond to emails, my claim has been running for almost 2 1/2 years - since October 2022!! read on...

I engaged Bott & Co to manage a car crash claim on a no win, no fee basis. The level of communication and overall service I have received is horrendous.

Despite several emails I have sent regarding the progress of my case I have not received satisfactory responses.

In my last email sent on 6th of Jan I requested they forward me their complaints procedure.

I added that I would appreciate a timely response to this letter to avoid further dissatisfaction.
I am yet to hear back from them.

These are the general issues I have had to deal with:

1. Lack of Updates: I have not received regular updates on my case, nor any response to my attempts to reach out for clarification.

2. Delays: There appear to be unnecessary delays in progressing my claim. And I am further concerned that this will increase the costs.

As a client, I expect a reasonable level of transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism. I kindly request that you address the following:

1. Provide me with a clear and detailed update on the current status of my case.

2. Outline the next steps and expected timelines for the progression of my claim.

3. Ensure that regular communication is established going forward.

4. Confirm estimated compensation due and costs in reaching that conclusion

4 weeks later I still await their response.
