Rang them in the hope of selling my property, rude lady made feel like I was asking for a favour. Told me her colleague who usually deals with " that sort of thing" was busy and she'd get her to call me back. They never did..... That's 3 grand of selling fees youl not be getting then, later that day found marsh and marsh. Lovely folk

From initial contact to occupancy Boococks were very informative towards myself as a first time tenant. My experience with Boococks so far, more specifically having Gina as the manager of the property; I am pleased with the communication we’ve had and the respect of privacy, I have lived in the property for about 7/8 months and I have never had a problem, all visits are planned and everyone that has visited have been very polite.
