I contacted this authority about a pigeon infestation within the Food Hall at McArthur Glen and the ensueing pigeon droppings being continuingly deposited on floors , tables and even diners . And the fact it had been going on for months without any form of positive solution taking place .
This authority already knew about this situation and claimed they were " working with " McArthur Glen on the problem .
I gave them a solution ..... A licenced pest control marksman for an evening after closing and manual opening doors .
It seems this was too simple for them and discarded the suggestion . Hence the problem ( and pigeon poo ) still remains .
Despite the pleasant and polite person I spoke to here seemed genuinely concerned , the fact that this health hazard still remains is pathetic .
